Who we are
Promositron (“Promositron”, “we”, “us”) provides IT support, Wi-Fi and printer help, computer setup, websites, Google Business Profile support and practical automation services to homes, home offices and small businesses across South London.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights as a data subject under UK GDPR.
What data we collect
- Name and business name, when you contact us or become a client
- Email address and phone number, so we can reply to enquiries and deliver services
- Service address, when we need to visit you on-site
- Payment details, processed via Stripe; we do not store card numbers
- Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and analytics data where tracking is enabled
How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you asked for
- Send invoices and service updates
- Occasionally send relevant service announcements (you can opt out at any time)
- Improve our website and services
We never sell your data to third parties.
Data retention
We keep client records for 7 years to comply with HMRC requirements. Enquiry data that doesn't result in a project is deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email sales@promositron.com. We will respond within 30 days.
